Working life cooperation

Doing a master’s thesis pursues to develop working life. The aim is to apply
skills andprofessional experience to develop working life practices and solve problems. The course contains real life examples and guest speakers.

The student will be able gain an overview of ethics, responsible management and sustainability in the private, public and social enterprise sectors and gain a theoretical and practical understanding of these.

Late assignments will have the grade reduced
Any form of plagiarism, coping other people’s work or such silliness, is an automatic fail. Free riders will either have their grade reduced, have to form their own group, or fail.

Assessment criteria: level 1 (assessment scale 1–5)

Demonstrate familiarity with the concepts of ethics, corproate governance and sustainability, and keep track of critical discussion on the development of thereof.
- To design, implement and evaluate development processes related ehtics, corporate governance and sustainability.

Assessment criteria: level 3 (assessment scale 1–5)

Critically evaluate the theoretical knowledge related to ehtics, corporate governance and sustainability
- To solve problems that require activities thereof
- To look for and analyze the background of ethics, corporate governance and sustainability of the basic assumptions
- Take responsibility for the development of ehtics, corporate governance and sustainability

Assessment criteria: level 5 (assessment scale 1–5)

Use critical domestic and international literature sources on ethics, corporate governance and sustainability
- Evaluate the results and impact of development activities
- Lead and evaluate activities related to ethics, corporate governance and sustainability.
