Implementation and methods of teaching

The course focuses on the issues of the working life of the visual artist in terms of the design and implementation of public art. Lectures will be given by people working in key positions in the field, focusing on their subject through a practical approach.

Public art projects and the analysis of their content, as well as the process of taking them forward to implementation, will be the focus of the course.

Completion of the course requires 80% attendance in lectures and a successfully returned lecture diary.

-The student will identify the problematic aspects of working processes in public art and will be able to outline the ways of processing them.
-The student will be able to interpret the guidelines for public art projects and analyse their requirements.

Assessment criteria: level 5 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student will identify the problem areas in the working processes of public art and will be able to outline ways of processing them and possible solutions.
-The student will be able to interpret the guidelines for public art projects and analyse their requirements.
-The student will be able to outline the requirements of public art processes and understand how to start solving them.
