Objective
The student is able to
• propose evidence-based nursing assistance methods in a nursing special competence area of their choice
• critically assess evidence-based decision-making and develop nursing in a multidisciplinary work community
• develop their own and their work community’s language and culture awareness activities
• justify their own professional starting points in diverse work communities
• assess the quality and cost-effectiveness of nursing from the perspective of digitalisation and the utilisation of well-being technology, in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
