The student is able to
• implement evidence-based nursing assistance methods in mental health and substance abuse nursing
• implement multidisciplinary mental health and substance abuse nursing based on ethical guidelines and legislation
• plan, implement and evaluate the nursing process of patients in mental health and substance abuse nursing
• plan, implement and assess safe pharmacotherapy for patients in mental health and substance abuse nursing
• draw conclusions on the patient’s mental condition and assess the need for rehabilitation.
