Contact teaching as specified at the beginning of the course. Individual assignments related to contact teaching. Simulations performed in groups.

Individual tasks are done in Moodle, renewal of tasks, replacing simulations by individual tasks.

Student time use and work load

Total time spent about 135 hours, of which contact teaching accounts for about 40 hours, other voluntary work independently and / or in groups.

Contents

Managerial work as a profession, Manager's and director's job descriptions and roles. Basics of decision-making and management tools. Principles of self-management, proactivity, goal orientation and prioritization skills. Material and learning tasks related to the subject area. The close sessions of the course combine lectures and small group exercises (simulations)

Completion of the course does not require previous business studies.

Assessment criteria

Assessment is influenced by the learning tasks, as well as other criteria to be announced separately at the beginning of the course.
The grade consists of a combination of these in a way that can be told separately in contact teaching (and on the online learning platform).
