Implementation and methods of teaching
Teaching takes place in face-to-face and remote sessions in two-hour periods. The course is delivered through discussion-based teaching, various exercises and essays.

The studies are carried out at the times indicated in the timetable, as well as independently.
Building competence requires active attendance throughout the course.

Contents
The course focuses on identifying and planning your own learning and working, and developing your learning skills. Through a variety of exercises, the course outlines the field, one's own learning and professional identity, as well as future competence needs. Oral, written and visual expression will be practised.

Implementation and methods of teaching
Teaching takes place in face-to-face and remote sessions in two-hour periods. The course is delivered through discussion-based teaching, various exercises and essays.
Timing and attendance
The studies are carried out at the times indicated in the timetable, as well as independently.
Building competence requires active attendance throughout the course.
Student time use and work load
1 credit of the course consists of 13,5 student hours per semester
Contents
The course focuses on identifying and planning your own learning and working, and developing your learning skills. Through a variety of exercises, the course outlines the field, one's own learning and professional identity, as well as future competence needs. Oral, written and visual expression will be practised.
