Implementation and methods of teaching
Mitä?
• Kaupunkilaisten tarpeet ja odotukset ovat muuttuneet. On etsittävä uudenlaisia käyttäjälähtöisiä ratkaisuja tuottaa palveluja joustavammin ja kohdennetummin.
• Kaupunkimuotoilu on systemaattinen tapa lähestyä palveluiden innovointia ja kehittämistä yhtä aikaa sekä analyyttisesti että intuitiivisesti. Kokeilut ja yhteiskehittäminen ovat tärkeä osa kehittämistä.
• Kaupunki- ja Palvelumuotoilun avulla saavutetaan laadukkaampi palveluja, tyytyväisempiä asiakkaita ja työntekijöitä sekä tehokkaampia prosesseja.
• Studio kasvattaa ymmärrystä yhteiskehittämisestä, kaupunki ja palvelumuotoilusta –ja kaupunkikehittämisen prosesseista. Lisäksi kirkastetaan, mitä konkreettista hyötyä muotoilusta kaupunkiorganisaatiossa voi olla.
• Studiossa on käytännönläheinen ote, teoreettisia kokonaisuuksia unohtamatta. Aihetta käsitellään esimerkkien keinoin, sekä käytännössä kehitetään aluekehityksen kokonaisuuksia kaupunkimuotoilun avulla.

• Mitä on muotoiluajattelu? Miksi kaupunkeja ja yhteiskuntaa muotoillaan?
• Mitä on kaupunkimuotoilu ja mitesse eroaa palvelumuotoilusta ja mitä uutta se tuo kaupunkien kehittämiseen?
• Asiakas- ja ihmislähtöisyys
• Asiakaskokemuksen merkitys ja rakentaminen
• Mitä palvelumuotoilu tarkoittaa julkisella sektorilla? Mitä hyötyjä se tuo?
• Miten muotoilua tehdään julkishallinnossa?
• Kaupunki - ja Palvelumuotoilun prosessi, työote ja menetelmiä
• KAupunki- ja Palvelumuotoilun hankinta
• Esimerkkejä palvelumuotoilun hyödyntämisestä julkisella sektorilla
