Implementation and methods of teaching

The course follows a professional service design process, which allows student teams to solve the real client's problem in a user-oriented way.

Working in field in real life with stakeholders like employees and users, doing projects in collaboration with organizations, independent operation, working in a multidisciplinary team by utilizing digital tools, book discussions and familiarizing yourself with literature and utilizing the learning contract.
