A student's estimated workload is 5 x 27 hours
consisting of:
- Contact lectures and case-solving sessions
- Individual reading tasks
- Different individual and group course assignments.
Estimated workload is the following:
- Contact lectures and workshops: 24 hrs
- Reading and preparation: 20-25 hrs
- Individual and group assignments: 40-45 hrs
- Case-solving preparations and case-solving sessions: 40-45 hrs

The students will do two assessed presentations. One presentation will be in the format required for the NIBS Case Competition and the other will be in the format required for the Nordic Case Challenge. Both assessed presentations are compulsory and each will comprise 50% of the student's overall grade. While students will present in groups they will be graded individually.

The student displays a limited and basic understanding of the case
The presentation is superficial and does not include any in-depth analysis
The execution of the presentation is poor (e.g. poor handovers, body language, communication skills)
The student does not convey their proposed solution clearly
The presentation is considerably under or over time
The student does not understand basic questions
The student fails to provide convincing and clear answers to questions
The slides are of low quality (e.g. too much text, lack of diagrams, not well presented etc.)

The student displays a good understanding of most aspects of the case
The presentation includes in-depth analysis of certain areas of the case
The execution of the presentation is good (e.g. smooth handovers, positive body language, clear communication and engagement with the audience)
The student conveys their proposed solution clearly
The presentation is slightly under or over time
The student can deal with basic questions
The student provides reasonably convincing and clear responses to questions
The slides are of good quality (e.g. suitable amount of text, a few diagrams, overall good presentation and attractive slides etc.)

The student displays an excellent understanding of all aspects of the case
The presentation includes in-depth analysis of all key areas of the case
The execution of the presentation is excellent and well-rehearsed (e.g. smooth handovers, positive body language, clear communication and engagement with the audience)
The student conveys their proposed solution very clearly and provides examples to aid understanding
The presentation is exactly on time
The student can deal with hard questions and add evidence or examples to expand their answer
The student provides very convincing and clear responses to questions
The slides are of excellent quality and nicely formatted (e.g. suitable amount of text, a few diagrams, overall good presentation and attractive slides etc.)
