- knows the preparedness and functions of different authoritatives in interference and emergency situations
- understands own profession's responsibility and tasks in multiple casualty situations, emergency and interference situations
- knows the arrangements of preparedness in the municipalities
- understands the effects of world-wide disasters on health care and disaster training
