Student is able to:
- apply independently nursing methods to the chosen field of nursing
- make independent decisions and evaluate own performance as a nurse and team member
- act independently as a team leader
- critically analyze and evaluate the work unit's operations from the service development perspective
- evaluate the quality and cost-effectiveness of nursing in a sustainable way
