Objective
• follow customer-oriented and effective operating models and working methods in public health nursing as well as implement and develop customer-oriented operating models and working methods for the promotion of health
• use and develop user-oriented digital services innovatively and justify questions related to ethics and legality in the work of a public health nurse
• assess multidisciplinary communication in multidisciplinary cooperation and multi-actor networks and their role in it
• work with a culturally sensitive approach and cooperatively, support clients and families from different cultures and cultural backgrounds and promote their health, functional capacity and well-being
