Osaamistavoitteet

The student is able to:
- gain an understanding of multicultural teams, leadership and communication in multicultural teams.
- further develop one’s understanding/awareness of how culture-related themes affect team dynamics, leadership and influence the overall outcomes of a multicultural team.
- carry out a community project as a course project for a specific customer segment in Finnish society.
