- management and management in conflict situations
- Feeling and reflection related to management
- Team work
- Lean management

Uderstand the planned management of social an health care teams
Know different leadership styles and understand their impact on team operations
Can evaluate Social- and Health Care system teamworks influence to quality of care
Know how evaluate teamwork skills
Can use basic Lean tools to develop functions

ACCEPTED REQUIREMENT

All moodle task has to be returned
If something miss, student discuss with teacher, how to replace that
All tasks are done completed


FAIL CRITERION

Student are not completed learning outcomes
Student are not doing tasks completed
