Approximately 1 credit (27 h) related to contact sessions, rest (120 h) related to individual assignment and self study.
Sisältö
Basics of key prospects of HRM and labour legislation. Theoretical aspects on team building, communication in a work community and contemporary leadership topics. Contact sessions include working in small teams.

Assignment(s) given are evaluated according to information given at first contact session. Grading 1 - 5.
