Learning outcomes

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with budgeting and financial planning, decision-making and monitoring of the company's finances, as well as investment calculations using different methods.
The course includes lectures and independent exercises. The calculation exercises are mainly carried out in Excel and returned to Moodle.
More specifically budgeting methods, sub-budgets, main budgets, monitoring calculations: cash budgeting and analysis of budget variance. Investment planning and investment calculations.
