The student is able to explore the benefits of service design in SMEs. Service design is a holistic approach that focuses on designing and improving services to enhance customer experiences and create value for businesses.
Toteutustapa ja opetusmenetelmät
This intensive course is carried out in co-operation with VIVES from Belgium and htw Saar from Germany. Students for the intensive programme have been selected already.
