Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- act as a responsible and goal-oriented team member and manager
- act in an innovative and entrepreneurial manner in social and health services projects
- apply their knowledge of management and entrepreneurship in the work environments of social and health care services

Implementation and methods of teaching

Clinical Training 4 cr:
- Clinical training in clinical placement agreed according the practices of own degree program.
The goal of clinical training:
The student is able to
- act as a responsible and goal-oriented team member and manager
- act in an innovative and entrepreneurial manner in social and health services projects
- apply their knowledge of management and entrepreneurship in the work environments of social and health care services

Learning assignment 1 cr:
- all instructions are available on Moodle
- this assignment is done by the individual, not be the team

NOTE! Because of COVID19 coronavirus all innovative ways to finish a learning assignment on Clinical training: Leadership and entrepreneurship – course can be use (except not done by a team). This means e.g. that no interview of a leader is needed in a situation of social isolation. This learning assignment can also be totally a knowledge based in a case of the clinical training is canceled. All library services are available on line. There are several dates for downloading this learning assignment on Moodle until the end of 2021. If needed, discuss with your personal tutor about the timing of your clinical training periods and optional ways to reach the learning outcomes.
