We will develop a curriculum that supports innovation and strategic entrepreneurial thinking, extended by organizational structures and multicultural awareness of leading and working in virtual teams. By focusing on creating and developing entrepreneurial opportunities as targeted value propositions, the multidisciplinary collaborative process approach supports capabilities development, the integration of appropriate tools, and the necessary iterative feedback throughout the processes. By supporting entrepreneurship and collaborative co-creation capabilities in virtual teams as IO3, we believe we can also create an innovative sustainable approach to economic development in IO5 as intrapreneurial processes within European SMEs. Our students will extend the lessons learned into their future organizations.
