Implementation and methods of teaching

Teaching is conducted as a virtual tutoring. On-line guidance is also provided at agreed times. The course includes theme-related tasks. During the course, the student also writes a report (up to 6 pages) about the recycling potential and business opportunities of the textile or plastic material (product) chosen. The reports are peer reviewed.

Assessment criteria: level 1 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student knows the basics of circular economics for textiles and plastics.

Assessment criteria: level 3 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student is able to communicate extensively about the recycling and recycling of textile and plastic materials and their impact on the consumption of energy and natural resources. The student is able to evaluate and analyze the recycling potential of different materials and their suitability for new products. The student actively monitors business-related activities and ongoing projects.

Assessment criteria: level 5 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student knows the principles of plastic and textile circular economics deeply and knows how to develop the field further.
