Ajoitus ja läsnäolo

Compulsory attendance in the first lecture either on campus or online. Attending to 12h innovation session, Shark Tank session and literature dialogue are compulsory part of the study course.

Outcomes: To learn to summarize the key factors that are important in creativity and innovation.
To gain awareness and understanding of how organizations build and create value through innovative practices.

Prerequisites: Student has studied basic business skills.
Please, notice:
1) This study course is part of Creating and Delivering Customer Value section of the study plan.
This study course and the study course named Service Design (Course Code: KLI1266-3002) belong together with joint assigments. If you attend this course, you also must attend Service Design course.

2) Attending to 12h innovation session, Shark Tank session and literature dialogue are compulsory part of the study course.

Arviointikriteerit: taso 1: (arviointiasteikko 1-5)

Student can explain what is innovation and has basic knowledge of definitions in the field of innovation.

Arviointikriteerit: taso 3 (arviointiasteikko 1-5)

Student can mention business objectives for innovation. Student knows how to apply innovation processes and models in practice and is able to give illustrative examples of good HRM practices.

Arviointikriteerit: taso 5 (arviointiasteikko 1-5)

Student can define and manage processes and models in innovation process.
