Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- use the basic concepts and knowledge base of scientific research and development
- apply both qualitative and quantitative research methods in development activities
- use participatory service design methods in service development

Assessment criteria: level 1 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student is able to:
- search knowledge and justify its' use and usefulness in learning assignment
- plan and perform a learning assignment
-present methodological solutions based on the service design process in the social and health care sector
- communicate to one's own professional target group.

Assessment criteria: level 3 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student is able to:
- search and evaluate knowledge and justify its' use and usefulness
- the sources are justified
- plan, perform and evaluate a learning assignment
- communicate to one's own professional target group.

Assessment criteria: level 5 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student is able to:
- search, evaluate and use knowledge and justify critically its' use and usefulness.
-plan, implement and evaluate learning assignment
-the sources are up-to-date, relevant and include international sources
- communicate critically to one's own professional target group in a justified way.
