The course assignments are: a text project (finding a professional text, preparing it for others to read; reading texts of other students and reporting on them), reporting on an article or a project orally, writing a report in the style of a Thesis abstract, and a job interview. The aim is to integrate the course partly with some professional course so that some assignment(s) will be part of both the English course and the professional course and assessment is done by both the English teacher and the teacher of the professional course.
