A student is able to
- describe the perspectives used in future research and consideration of different transition processes in the society
- develop own professional thinking and working methods by future research
- use working methods of future research and produce a case study based on them

Pre-course task, contact days online Fri 17th September and Fri 8th October (9-16) with lectures and workshop, final task.

- design, carry out and evaluate professional and organizational development processes by adaptation of the methods of future research
- work in demanding professional tasks utilizing future research

- evaluate critically professional knowledge and sources based on future research
- carry out demanding professional and organisational development processes by adaptation of the methods of future research
- work and communicate in multidimensional regional and national development networks utilizing future research

Student is able to
- use critically and innovatively domestic and international sources of future research
- evaluate the results and impacts of development activities by utilizing future research
- work and communicate in demanding domestic and international development networks utilizing future research
