The student is able to
- utilize service design terminology and articulate what service design is
- apply user-centric design methods and define which methods are most beneficial for a given situation
- create visual presentations of a service that can produce economic, cultural, social and societal value

Theme: Service Design viewpoint on design thinking

The student is able to
- use the terms of Service Design and tell what Service Design is
- utilize user driven methods and give reasons in what kind of situations they is useful
- create the visual presentations of a service

Theme: teams, team learning and team work skills

- execute tasks according to plans in a multidisciplinary team
- plan and take responsibility of development of own Service Design skills
