This course will be taught via contact sessions.
Timing and attendance
Attendance at the first contact lesson and at the two exams is compulsory. Attendance at all other lessons is highly recommended. To pass this course you must pass the two exams, there is no substitute work for this course.

Contents
Key aspects of human resource management and employment legislation. Theoretical aspects on team building, communication in a work community and contemporary leadership topics.
