Learning outcomes

The student is able to
- master the pronunciation rules and intonation of the French language
- demonstrate a command of the most common verbs and their conjugation
- tell about themselves and family
- order in a café and inquire about the price

Student time use and work load

Contact lessons once per week (in total 12 times), homework and final exam.

Contents

Learning the basic grammar and the common expressions of the language. For example the pronounciation, the present tense of regular and irregular verbs, the partitive, the pronouns and making the question sentences.

Assessment criteria

Participating in contact lessons. Written exam.
The level of the course is CEFR level A1.

The knowledge ans the skills of the student are on commendable level in relation to the learning expectations.
The student can communicate laudably in written and spoken way in simple communication situations.
The student can perfectly apply learned things to new communication situations.
