The virtual course focuses on how innovation in organizations and innovation capability can be developed. The assignments help the student to understand the nature and the importance of innovation in different types of organizations, factors associated with the development of a culture of innovation and the innovation process from idea generation, to the management of implementation.
Does not complete the requirements for a grade of one.
