The assignment is to work with micro team of three to assess, develop and create a virtual organization / space. The concept is to produce an approach to developing the virtual organization and the related processes. You should determine which are the relative stakeholders to this space and how would they need to be included to co-create a useful commercially viable virtual platform. Please determine the relevant touch points and consider how to extend your solution so that it is scalable. Your reader is a firm that would like to focus on the potential for creating a commercially viable virtual network /platform comprised of the potential ideas generated by this group.

The virtual leadership element is to create drive this process and the virtual team perspective is to understand what it would take to implement it over the next three years.

The Virtual Leadership course output is a commercially viable virtual business concept to be tested.

The Virtual Teams course output is an individual academic publication working through a selected implementation challenge that a virtual team would face when implementing this commercial space. We are trying to build a package that can be published.
