Learning outcomes
The student understands the basics of business. The student understands the basic activities of supervisors and knows what requirements are set for the cooperation of the supervisor and the subordinate. The student knows the duties and responsibilities of a supervisor in compliance with labour legislation and occupational safety issues. The student gains the ability to develop their own leadership skills.
