Implementation and methods of teaching

Course is fully online. Content consists of online video and text tutorials and online spoken and written assignments. All assignments are compulsory.

There is no exam.

All course materials are provided via Moodle.

4 ECTS is equivalent to 108 hours of work.

Additional information for students: previous knowledge etc.

This course does not review English grammar. It is expected that the students enrolled in the course have an intermediate-level command of English (CEFR B2).

The student can perform in communicative situations in English and can speak and write acceptable English.

Assessment criteria: level 3 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student can perform well in varied communicative situations and can speak and write easy-to-understand English.

Assessment criteria: level 5 (assessment scale 1–5)

The student can perform well and in a professional manner in varied communicative situations and write easy-to-read professional English.
