The student is able to
- form a business plan for a software product
- recognize the unique aspects of software business
- communicate their ideas regarding software business to stakeholders

Implementation and methods of teaching

The course has four touchpoints for the student:

1) kickoff
2) a lesson
3) optional guidance session
4) deadline for the work

The course work can be done in groups.

On this course, we look at the software development process from a business point of view. After the course, a student is able to understand the markets for a software product as well as analyze the lifecycle of a software product.
