Learning outcomes

Students
- deepen their theoretical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, cardiology, neurology, traumatology, anaesthesiology, pediatrics and pharmacology
- explain / justify the decisions made in the care of an emergency patient based on the theoretical knowledge of the main medical specialties
- is familiar with the mechanisms of action and side effects of key medicines used in emergency care and hospital acute care.
- to safely administer medication in emergency situations and patient guidance, and to understand the mechanisms of occurrence of the most common intoxications and pharmacological treatment.
